HomePokerTourney offers a poker news RSS feed (Really Simple Syndication) that you may use to post headlines and news articles from HPT on your own website or computer desktop. The HPT poker RSS feed can be used by other websites, blogs, or in My Yahoo to keep readers up to date on new developments in the poker community. A line or two of each news item will be displayed along with a link to where readers can read the entire article on HPT. I expect to add new items to the poker news feed every couple days.

How to use the RSS feed

To use this technology, webmasters or bloggers can use an rss parser such as Carp to display all the latest poker news from HomePokerTourney. You can format the news so that it appears exactly as you would like it to appear on your own page. You can limit the number of news items that are shown (the default is five) and you can adjust the size and color of the area where the news is displayed.
