What information do I collect?
I collect no information from the visitors to my site other than the standard web server
logs that are created by almost every server on the internet. This site does not use cookies.
If you email HomePokerTourney, we will require your e-mail address so that we can send you a reply. We will not
share, sell, or rent that email address with any person or organization without your advance permission or unless
ordered by a court of law.
How I protect your privacy
I use highly sophisticated security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration
of data used on my system(s).
Sharing and usage of information
I will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with any person or organization
without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted is only available to employees
managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to
contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our dealings with you.
While your individual information is protected as outlined above, I do reserve the right to use aggregated,
anonymous data about my users as a whole. For example, I may report to advertisers what page is the most popular
with my visitors. I may keep track of the number of clicks on certain ads and report this information to advertisers.
I never send bulk email
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via
this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to the email address shown on the
Contact Me page.

The above noted Privacy Policy is altered as follows and reflects changes made necessary by the opening of a discussion forum
(forums.homepokertourney.org). These changes apply only to the forums area (forums.homepokertourney.org) and do not apply to
the main site.
- Your email address is required to register in the forum. I will not send bulk email to my forum members. Your email
address will not be put on any mailing list. Your email address will not be shared with anyone outside homepokertourney.org.
- When using the forums, after you register and logon and post a message, your IP address is recorded in the event that
the user needs to be banned or the ISP contacted about the posted message.
- The forum software places a 'cookie' in your browser's cache. The cookie is text information such as your username and
password and is used when logging in and out from the forum. The cookie does not collect or send any other information to
or from your computer. The cookie does not track you in any way.

- The total number of newsletters that have been opened (read) and the email address of the subscriber.
- The total number of clicks on each link contained within the newsletter and the email address of the subscriber who clicked on the
link.
HomePokerTourney will provide the following information to advertisers ...
- The total number of subscribers who opened (read) the newsletter.
- The total number of clicks on that advertiser's links within the newsletter.
- Email addresses will not be revealed.
