Official Rules and Regulations
Void Where Prohibited

1. ELIGIBILITY: The giveaways and freerolls (Contests) are open to all visitors, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of homepokertourney.org (HPT) and its merchant partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Each person may enter the contest only once. Only one entry will be allowed from each internet ip address.

All entries are final and will not be reversed. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of homepokertourney.org, which shall be final. homepokertourney.org reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the Official Rules and Regulations.

2. PRIZES: All contests are free to enter. One or more Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winner(s) shall be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draws shall be conducted under the supervision of HPT, whose decisions are final and binding. The Winner(s) will be notified by email.

4. CONDITIONS: HPT reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages against any individual who attempts to deliberately defraud the proper operation of the contest in violation of these Official Rules and Regulations and/or criminal or civil law.

Failure to comply with any of the Official Rules and Regulations may, in HPT's sole discretion, result in a Winner's disqualification and forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize. All forfeited Prizes will be awarded to Alternate Winners.

HPT and its affiliates, representatives, agents, directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) any condition caused by events beyond the control of HPT; (b) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the contest; or (c) any typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. By participating in the contest, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless HPT and its affiliates, representatives, agents, directors, officers, shareholders and employees from any and all liability from any injures, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the acceptance or use of any awarded Prize.

HPT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the contest at any time, without reason, or notice.

These Contests are void where prohibited.

5. WINNERS: A listing of all Winners will be placed on the HPT web site or forum. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to the use of his or her first (given) name, last (family) name initial, city and state of residence, for public display on the HPT website however, in most cases, the Winners username is all that will be shown in order to protect the privacy of the Winner.
